You check any answer in one click

The document and the page come with the fact; you press, and it opens right there. Checking it does not depend on trusting the model: you check it against the original. That is the difference between an answer and an answer you can defend in front of a client.

When it does not know, it says so

If it is not in your documents, the answer is “I do not have that information”, and that question tells you what is missing. It moves, with no author, to your pending-knowledge list. A declared gap is data: it becomes the document still to be uploaded.

The table that stores them has no column for who asked. Anonymity does not depend on goodwill.

It does not just answer: it does

“Create a client for Laura, laura@…”, “book the review for Tuesday at 10”, “generate the lease agreement with these details”. It creates clients, checks availability, books, reschedules, cancels, opens deadlines, lists the day’s calendar and generates documents from your templates. The three that cannot be undone require explicit confirmation, and it asks you before touching anything.

It obeys your permissions, it does not suggest them

Whoever cannot see the shareholders’ agreement gets neither a summary nor a mention: Potens will not cite it, nor acknowledge that it exists. Per-document permissions decide what it reads to answer each person, and every access — granted or denied — lands in the log with Potens as the actor.

The dashboard groups what it could not answer, with their counter: that is what is still undocumented. You upload what covers the gap and next time there is an answer. A negative rating comes in the same way and is recorded as a signal.

You write to it in English or in Spanish and it answers in that language, whatever language your documents are in.
