Voti for consultancies

Your method, available on every project

The methodology, the rates and what was signed with each client stop being rebuilt for every proposal. Potens, the intelligence inside Voti, answers with the firm’s own document in front of it and cites which one and which page.

What the firm has already written down

The methodology, the rates and the agreements go up exactly as they are. They are indexed in seconds, and from that moment their contents can be asked about.

  • Diagnostic methodology· p.14
  • Standard proposal· p.2
  • Rate card by grade· p.1
  • Non-disclosure agreement· p.3
  • Final report template· p.1
  • Project kick-off checklist· p.2
  • Lessons learned· p.7
  • Subcontracting policy· p.4

Nothing is rewritten or summarised: it is indexed and cited. And deleting a document deletes what was indexed from it.

Three questions when a project starts

The answers come from the firm’s document, not from the model. When no document supports one, Potens says so, and the question is logged without an author on the list of what still needs writing down.

  • What phases does a diagnostic have, and what ships at each one?

The phases of the team’s methodology, each with its deliverable.

    Diagnostic methodology· p.14
  • Can we subcontract part of this project?

What the agreement signed with that client allows, and on what terms.

    Non-disclosure agreement· p.3
  • What is our rate for a senior grade?

The current figure by grade, with the date it applies from.

    Rate card by grade· p.1

What runs out on a project

A deadline is not an appointment. It is an entity with a type, a due date, an owner and a severity, and the severity is computed on the server: seven days out it becomes a warning, two days out it becomes critical. Each morning it goes to whoever owns it, in the app and by email, in their language.

  • A phase falling due with a deliverableLogged as a deadline, with its owner and its severity.
  • The validity of a proposal already sentType expiry, so a price that no longer holds does not get reopened.
  • A non-disclosure agreement up for renewalWith its owner, in the morning notice.

One client never crosses another

Voti has five roles, from owner to guest, and the role sets the starting point. The detail does not come from it: it comes from per-document, per-person permissions, granted and withdrawn one at a time. Denial always wins, and they protect against Potens too — a document outside someone’s reach never enters their answer, whole or in fragments.

Someone joining a project
The methodology and that client’s material. Nothing from next door.
Whoever runs the account
The agreements and the rates for their clients.
An outside contractor
Only the deliverable they are working on.
Admin
The whole archive, and the record of every access and every denial.

What adapts to your firm, and what does not

There is no consulting edition of Voti. There is a description of the firm — written at sign-up, changed whenever it needs to be — that Potens carries into every answer.

  • It does not integrate with your ERP, your project tool or your timesheets: Voti neither reads from nor writes to them.
  • It does not invoice or book time. It holds the documentation and the deadlines around the work.
  • It ships with no methodologies or consulting corpus. The archive is the firm’s own, and suggested questions come from its own documents.

The method is already written down. It just does not answer yet.

Upload the methodology and the rate card, ask what gets asked at every kick-off, and see in seven days whether it fits.
